Personal data we process
Custom Car Care processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting information about children without parental consent. Custom Car Care processes your personal data, for the following purposes:

View, modify or delete data

- How do you get my permission?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it only for that specific reason.

Security

When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. If you have the impression that your data is not secure or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service team.
Our store is hosted on Odoo. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Odoo's data storage databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Odoo stores your credit card information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is completed, your purchase transaction data is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
