11 STEP CUSTOM CAR CARE WASHING PROCESS INCLUDING:
- The wheel wells, tires and rims are extensively cleaned inside and out. We use pH neutral products along with special brushes to prevent damage to the rims and brake system.
- We spray the front parts with insect remover that soaks off insect residue. That way we don't scratch them during contact washing.
- A thick lather of pH-neutral car shampoo is sprayed on the car with a foam cannon to loosen dirt and remove as much as possible before contact washing.
- We wash your car with a pH-neutral car shampoo along with the use of the two bucket grit guard system to prevent dirt from landing back on the paintwork during the wash, potentially causing damage.
- We clean door pillars, trims, tank lid and lower parts where they are accessible.
- The car is hand-dried with a ceramic drying tool and thick microfiber drying cloths for extra shine, protection and a streak-free paint job without water spots.
- The tires are treated with a tire dressing for a factory new black look.

Stage 1 - Premium hand wash
A Stage 1 Premium Handwash looks like an ordinary wash since this is the entry-level treatment we perform. However, it does not compare to a regular car wash, car wash or deluxe hand wash offered for €15. We use premium products with in-depth knowledge and years of experience to professionally give the car a deep clean without causing damage to the car.

Interior - Cleaning
- We vacuum your interior.
- We dust all surfaces of your interior with an interior cleaner and a microfiber cloth.
- The windows are cleaned streak-free along the inside and outside.
Stage 2 - Premium Hand wash & Basic Interior
The premium hand wash puts the outside of the car back in pristine condition. We extend that to the inside where we clean the interior. Minor dirt is removed and the glass becomes crystal clear again. Our most requested package.

Stage 3 - Hand wash & Decontamination
Premium hand washing removes all surface dirt, but not deeply embedded dirt. That dirt reduces the amount of shine and reflection of the paint and makes it coarse. Moreover, it prevents the action of applied protection such as ceramic coatings. Therefore, this package is also used as a semi-annual maintenance for cars with ceramic coatings.

- The wheels are refitted with ceramic grease to the prescribed torque.

Stage 4 - Detailed Wash
Getting your car's exterior back to like-new condition? Then the Stage 4 Detailed Wash is the solution! In this we will clean and degrease the exterior, engine compartment and wheel wells down to the smallest details. We disassemble the wheels to accurately treat all surfaces. By decontaminating the paint, we also ensure maximum shine without polishing the paint.

Stage 5 - Full Detail

Interior - Extraction, cleaning, rejuvenating and disinfecting
INTERIOR DEEP CLEANING
- The dashboard, center console and door panels are cleaned with an antibacterial cleaner.
- Leather seats and panels are cleaned and nourished.
- Carpets, floor coverings and fabric chairs are thoroughly cleaned with an extraction machine.
- Plastic parts are cleaned and given a UV-protective top coat.
- The navigation system, infotaiment system, displays and windows are cleaned streak-free.
- The interior and air conditioning system receive antibacterial odor cleaning. In this way, we remove bad odors from the vents and air conditioning system.

Stage 5 - Full Detail
Exterior
Your car in new condition inside and out without dirt? Stage 5 Full Detail is for you! With this we take the car completely under our wing and spend an entire day cleaning the car. The exterior, engine bay and wheel wells get a Stage 4 wash with which we even disassemble the wheels.
Interior
The interior receives a deep cleaning with which we remove all the dirt from the seats, carpets, and so on. The surfaces are cleaned with an antibacterial cleaner that leaves a top coat. This prevents bacteria and viruses from adhering. This makes your interior more hygienic and ensures it stays cleaner longer!

The term “detailing” can be misinterpreted by a simple wash. Detailing is used as a term in professionally maintaining and restoring the cosmetic appearance of cars. It is not comparable to a carwash or washes offered for €15.
A detailer works into the details of the car and spends extensive effort and time getting a car to perfection with safe products, correct procedures and specialized tools.
For example, a detailer can spend as little as 1-2 hours just washing the outside of the car.
So don't get caught by companies that use the term detailing and offer washes for €20, polishes for €80 and ceramic coatings for €200. Those companies are not detailers, or are working at a loss and causing damage to your car.
Therefore, the price of our luxury treatments is not only based on the time and premium products we use. But also the expertise we have accumulated through endless hours of training and experience over the years. This allows us to deliver excellence in quality.
A detailer will use safe products, correct procedures, specialized machinery and tools and also spend considerably longer than a standard wash.
A detailing wash is a premium hand wash that is like a luxury treatment for your car. After a wash, you will find that the car has been cleaned down to the smallest detail. This without causing any damage to the car!
We regularly talk about safe products, certain procedures, specialized equipment and tools, and damage from cheap washes. But what exactly do we mean?
Experienced detailers have an eye for noticing cars with damage due to poor use of products, washing techniques and inexperienced car polishers or detailers.
We can tell immediately if the car has gone through the car wash due to deep scratches in the paint. The use of poor washing technique and products due to dull paint with wax scratches. Damaged rims and plastic parts due to the use of acidic chemicals. Holograms in the paint by an inexperienced car polisher or amateur detailer, and so on....
It is not that only experienced detailers have an eye for cars that have suffered damage from bad washings. Many people also often notice that the paint is very dull compared to when they bought the car, that rims are discolored, exhaust and brake parts are starting to rust, and so on. These are all side effects of bad washes.
At Custom Car Care, we not only avoid damage, we also repair applied damage through paint and gloss corrections.
Sometimes you can see paint contamination right away and sometimes you can't. If you see small rust spots, also called fly rust, or small brown/black tar spots on your car, then you can already see for yourself with 100% certainty that the paint is contaminated.
The rusting iron particles are only the contaminating iron particles that you can see. But there are always at least ten times as many that you can't see. This contamination creates a sloppy appearance and also takes shine away from the paint.
Even in ceramic coatings with a durability of several years, the performance of the coating can decrease. Sometimes they even disappear completely due to clogged pores of the coating with this contaminant.
By giving the paint a decontamination treatment, we remove iron particles and tar spots. This leaves us with a clean lacquer again with extra shine!
Cars without a ceramic coating will also have other contamination stuck in the paint that cannot be removed with chemical decontamination. This can only be done with a manual decontamination using clay. We remove all contamination and restore the shine with our gloss correction treatment.
